A PASSIONATE GAME STUDIO
Chainsaw Games is a small London-based indie game development studio, made up of three skilled devs. ZKILLER was our first project. Learning through our many mistakes, we started with a fresh mindset. For the last 2+ years, our focus has been refining Assault Sector, our dream-in-progress - through playtesting and feedback. Made with UE4 in pure C++, we want our players to have the very best experience. We’re strong believers in gameplay polish, refinement and a great gameplay loop. We release dev logs and interact in our Discord regularly, check our social links in the header.
Our goal is to deliver an experience that is fun, fast-paced, and most importantly, stress-free. We want to remove annoying elements and replace them with only skill based ones. Do you hate dying to random mines? Or overpowered killstreaks? Or campers? Games have become cluttered with frustrating design choices. What happened to just relying on player skill?
Assault Sector is brutal and unforgiving. Get good, n00b. We want to create a game that leaves you with no excuses. Want to blame bad hit-registration? High-tickrate, dedicated servers that you can self-host say otherwise. Annoyed with campers? We’ve crafted a solution. Cheating a problem? Administer your server and implement moderators, flag and kick cheaters. Built around a community, not as an abandonware 1-year product. *You* are the game.
